All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on K-Pop albums or K-Beauty products.
- Collectible items: Many K-Pop albums include random inclusions like photocards and limited inserts. Once opened, these items can’t be verified or replaced, and returning them would be unfair to other customers.

A small 3-4 mm hole may appear in the left corner of the inner layer (photo 7). This is to help with proper air flow. The hole does not reach the outside and is not visable when a card is inserted. This is not a defect, so please take note before purchasing!

- The card holder may contain some wrinkles/small indents
- The characteristics stated above do not result in a defective product, so a refund/exchange will not be accepted due to this!
Handling and care guide:
- Card holders are heat sensitive and should be kept at room temperature at all times to prevent warping
- You can use a hair dryer or heat gun (low setting) to flatten out any indents or wrinkles in your card holder
- It is recommended to use a protective sleeve on your cards before inserting them into the card holder
