Refunds and Cancellations

All online sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on K-Pop albums or K-Beauty products.

  • Collectible items: Many K-Pop albums include random inclusions like photocards and limited inserts. Once opened, these items can’t be verified or replaced, and returning them would be unfair to other customers.
  • Hygiene & safety: K-Beauty products are personal-use items. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot restock or resell any products once they leave our store.
  • Quality assurance: This policy helps ensure every customer receives brand-new, untouched items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us ASAP at hello@minsstudios.com with your order number if you wish to cancel your order!

Pre-orders

Once placed, pre-order items cannot be cancelled. Please double check your purchase before completing checkout!

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that protective packaging (outboxes, plastic wrap, backing cards, etc) are meant to shield the product during transit, and that damages to outer packaging may not be considered reason for return or refund.

Missing photocards

Sometimes, companies can make mistakes when packaging albums, including forgetting to put a photocard inside. This is a rare occasion, but if you happen to receive an album with a missing photocard, please contact us and include an unboxing video of the album (unedited, no cuts). Unfortunately, we will only be able to provide a replacement/refund with video proof of the unboxing. 

International Orders

Refunds will not be issued for overseas orders that are returned/destroyed by the postal system for the following reasons:

  • Failure to pay any customs/import/duty fees on time
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address
