Order processing information

Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days. After we have packed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update. 

Free shipping eligibility

Orders $120+ (USA) containing official K-pop MD, albums, light sticks, skincare, makeup, and other miscellaneous merchandise are entitled to free standard shipping. 

Pre-orders

If you place an order containing both pre-order items and ready-stock items, your order will be shipped once the pre-ordered items have arrived. Sometimes the pre-order period can be up to a few months, so please pay attention to the estimated ship date! 

Return to sender or wrong address input
Please double check your address before submitting an order! You can contact us within 24 hours of order placement if there are any issues with your address so we can get it resolved ASAP. 

If your order was returned to us for any reason, we will hold your package for up to 30 days. Please contact us during that time, and based on the reason of return, you may be required to pay for additional shipping costs

Overseas shipping 
Due to new USPS policies, overseas shipping has slowed down significantly. Please allow up to 3 months before contacting us about an order if you still have not received it. If your package has still not arrived or the tracking has not been updated after 6 months, you may be entitled to a refund or order replacement.

Import & Duty Fees for international orders

Mins Studios is not responsible for any customs or import/duty fees for your order. Failure to pay these fees may result in the destruction or return of your package, in which case your order is not eligible for a refund. Please check your country’s policies on customs fees before placing an order!
